History Laboratory of Magnetodynamics
In 1986, the Institute’s Scientific Council came to the determination on opening the Department of Magnetodynamics, later (1989) reorganized to the Laboratory of Magnetodynamics. The Laboratory organizer and first head is Dr. Petr D. Kim who was leading the team for over fifteen years. Since 2003, the Laboratory has been led by Dr. Gennadii S. Patrin. The researchers closely cooperate with the Siberian Federal University, participating in the works of the Science & Education Center “Promising Nanosized Materials and Nanotechnologies”.
